I can't stop thinking about Omega and his family during this incredibly difficult time. It's shocking to hear about how quickly a confrontation can turn deadly. There's been a lot of talk about the area around County Road 11 and how tensions have been rising. I read that there have been a few disputes in Costilla County related to land use and property rights. I wonder if any of this played a role in what happened between David Delotta and Omega. It's just awful that a disagreement could lead to such a tragic loss. I'm really hoping the investigation sheds more light on this and that somehow Omega's family can find some form of closure. Anyone else have thoughts on the tensions in that area?

I can't stop thinking about Omega McCullagh and what an incredibly senseless loss this feels like for the community in Costilla County. It's difficult to understand how an altercation on a quiet road could escalate to such a tragic ending. My heart goes out to Omega's loved ones who are undoubtedly struggling to cope with this loss. Living in a close-knit area like Costilla County, it's hard to imagine the shock and distress this must've caused everyone. Does anyone have more details or insight into what might've led to this confrontation between McCullagh and Delotta? Just hoping to shed some light on how this could have possibly unfolded and maybe find some way to prevent future tragedies in our small communities.
