Has anyone else thought about how Dennis Roberts' disappearance could be linked to any criminal activity around Kahului Harbor? I know Maui isn't exactly known for high crime rates compared to bigger cities, but it's still strange that his jeep was found in such an isolated spot along Piilani Highway. It's pretty rough terrain over there, and you'd think if it was just a hiking or accident situation, the area would have offered some clues by now, especially with the searches they conducted. Could someone have followed him there? Or maybe he stumbled upon something he shouldn't have? There just has to be more to the story than a simple accident. If anyone in the community remembers noticing anything unusual or suspicious near the harbor around that time, it could be really helpful to the investigation.

According to reports, he was last seen at Kahului Harbor on October 23, 2012, at around 10:00 AM, but his jeep was only found the next day along Piilani Highway.
