Has anyone looked into the area around Hale Gap Road where Mary Osborne was last seen? I’ve been on that road before, and it’s very isolated and surrounded by dense forest. It seems like it would be really easy for someone to disappear without a trace there. I wonder if there have been any thorough searches conducted in the surrounding woods or if drones have been used to scan the area from above. Sometimes people get lost in those woods, and it's hard to believe that not a single clue has turned up yet. If there was a more extensive search, maybe some new evidence would surface. What do you all think?
I've been following Mary's case and one thing that baffles me is the timeline discrepancy from when she went missing to when she was reported. I mean, three days without communication with a loved one seems like a long stretch, especially for a day like Mother's Day when most families are in contact. Was there any reason given as to why it took the family that long? Did they assume she had gone somewhere on her own, or was there some other reason? It just seems unusual given how close it sounds like Mary was with her family. Also curious if there's more context on her relationship with her son. Anything could help piece things together and maybe bring some clarity to this longstanding mystery.
Has anyone else been puzzling over the timeline concerning Mary Osborne's case? I mean, being dropped off on Hale Gap Road after arguing is one thing, but her being missing for six years without substantial clues is baffling. If her personal belongings, including her cellphone, were eventually located, how did that not yield any more evidence? The lack of leads is frustrating. It makes me wonder if anyone from the area has noticed something odd back then. It’s a pretty rural and quiet stretch, which you'd think might make an unusual event stand out. I hope someone out there remembers something.
