Hi everyone,
I've been thinking a lot about Rafael Garcia-Felix's case lately. It's so unsettling how some crucial details seemed to have slipped through the cracks over time. What really struck me was the fact that, even after a suspect was arrested, there's barely any information available about what happened next. I mean, was there even a trial?
I can't imagine how Rafael's family must feel, not having closure after all these years. It must be so difficult to carry on without knowing if justice was fully served. Anyone else find it odd how quiet things went after the arrest? It makes me wonder if there were any complications in the legal process or perhaps even a plea deal that might not have been publicly recorded due to the pre-digital era we're dealing with.
If anyone has access to court archives or knows someone local who might remember more about the case, it'd be really helpful to understand what might have been going on behind the scenes. Rafael deserves to be remembered, and his family deserves answers.
Stay safe, everyone.
