Has anyone else read the recent articles about Marcus Collins and Neirod Medlock's backgrounds? It's chilling to think about their lives leading up to the crime. It gets me thinking about how upbringing and personal choices can play into such tragic outcomes. As frustrating as it is hearing about their plans to rob someone just to pay off a ticket, it’s equally perplexing and upsetting realizing how this all led to such a senseless loss of life. My heart really goes out to Jonathan and Brionna’s families. I can't even begin to understand how they’re managing through all of this. It’s my hope that sharing insights like these can shed some light and perhaps foster understanding or lead to preventative measures in the future. What are your thoughts on how we can support communities to help avoid tragedies like this?
