Has anyone else been following the details of how the infant was found unharmed during this tragic event? It seems like an absolute miracle amidst all the devastation. I keep thinking about Cheyenne's child and what's in store for the future, especially with such a complex family legacy. One can only hope that as the trial moves forward, some semblance of clarity and justice will bring peace to all involved, especially for the littlest victim, who will need a lot of love and support as they grow up. It's so hard to imagine the strength this child will need to navigate their life after such a huge loss. My heart truly goes out to any family members or friends who are working to ensure the best for this innocent soul.
I’ve been following this case closely, and one question that's been bothering me is about the mental health evaluation delay. I understand these evaluations are crucial for ensuring fair trials, but has anyone else noticed how often they seem to slow things down? It’s almost two years since the awful tragedy, and the wait for justice feels endless for Tami, James, Cheyenne, and everyone who loved them. It’s really tough watching the community grieve without answers. Does anyone have insights into how mental evaluations are conducted in such cases or why it can take so long? Just hoping for some clarity or if there's anyone here with experience in mental health assessments in legal contexts who might be able to comment on this process. Thinking of the family and praying for some kind of resolution soon.
