Hi everyone, I've been following the case of Cesar Mazariegos Luis, and something that's been puzzling me is the timing of his disappearance. August in Odessa can be scorching hot, and I've been wondering if the extreme weather conditions could have played any role in his case. Was he planning to go somewhere specific or meet with anyone that day? I couldn't find much info on whether he was last seen alone or with someone else. With the limited details out there, any small observation or tip could be critical. Please keep his family in your thoughts and, if you're in the area or know anyone who is, help spread the word. The smallest detail might be the key to finding Cesar.
