Just heard about Hector Gonzalez's case, and it's been weighing heavily on my mind. I didn't know him personally, but the outpouring of support from the Victoria community really shows what a special person he must have been. It got me thinking about how fragile life is and how important it is to cherish our loved ones every single day. I can't even begin to imagine what his family must be going through right now, especially his wife Lupita and his daughter Rachel. Losing a husband, father, and grandfather in such a senseless act must be incredibly difficult to process. My thoughts are with them all during this unimaginable time. I'm glad to see law enforcement is making progress, but I really hope they can catch the fourth suspect soon. It's just unsettling to think someone involved is still out there. If anyone has any information, please don't hesitate to come forward. Even the smallest detail might make a big difference. Also, while I'm grateful the community is pulling together, we need more than just conversations about change—true action is necessary to address the root causes of violence in our area. In the meantime, let's keep supporting Hector's family and each other. Stay safe, everyone.
