Has anyone looked into the sightings of that mysterious dump truck that was around the same time Judith disappeared? It's always seemed suspicious to me that a truck like that would be in a residential area without anyone knowing who the driver was. Maybe it had some legitimate reason to be there, but I can't shake the feeling that it could be connected. Would be interesting to know if the driver's ever come forward or if anyone else noticed it back then. It's tough with so much time passing, but there might still be someone who remembered seeing something odd or out of place. With the Unsolved Crimes Unit involved, maybe they'll shed new light on this lead. Thoughts?
I've been looking into Judith Threlkeld's case, and something that caught my attention is the mystery surrounding the dump truck that was reportedly in the area when she disappeared. It's an intriguing lead but seems like it never got past being just a rumor. I'm curious if anyone knows whether there was any real follow-up investigation done on that angle back when it all happened in '76 or even by the Unsolved Crimes Unit later on. Maybe this man and the truck were totally benign, but it's hard not to wonder if there's a thread connecting them to Judith's disappearance. If any old locals remember seeing something, even if it seemed insignificant at the time, it might be worth revisiting given how thin the case is on leads. Thoughts?
Has anyone else looked into the reports about the unidentified dump truck driver connected to Judith Threlkeld's case? It's something I've never been able to shake from my mind. It's strange how this lead seemed significant but never really went anywhere. From what I gather, he was seen around the time she vanished, but there seems to be little information about him. Was he just someone passing through, or could he have been involved in some way? I find it odd that a tip like that didn't identify a single suspect, especially in a small town where new faces might stand out. Anyone with insights or thoughts on this angle? It feels like a key piece of the puzzle that went cold too quickly.
