I find it odd that James Dowden's son wasn't questioned further about what happened that night they were mud riding. I mean, they were together when the vehicle got stuck, and then James just disappeared after going for help? Has anyone looked into the exact location and any nearby roads or paths he could have taken? Seems like there might be more to uncover if investigators really combed through those routes. Also, I'm curious if any local hunters or fishermen in the Honey Island Swamp area have been asked if they saw anything suspicious. Being such a frequented place, someone might have seen something that could provide leads. Thoughts?
