Has anyone else been following the tragic case of Jesse Brockhum in Gloversville? There's been a lot of chatter about the gun supposedly found at the scene. I find it pretty strange that a semi-automatic pistol was just "there" when officers arrived. Why would Jesse have had it, especially after the earlier confrontation at the bar? It seems off to me. Could this gun have belonged to someone else who was there that night? Also, the fact that his uncle, Danny Johnson, is questioning the police's narrative makes me want to take a deeper look into what really could have happened. Jesse was talking to his mom not long before it happened, which makes it seem unlikely he had plans to harm himself. It's got to be devastating for his family to deal with this uncertainty. Anyone have any thoughts on what else might have been going on that night?

Did anyone else pick up on the details surrounding the bar confrontation that Jesse reportedly had before the incident at the apartment? I can't help but wonder if this might be a crucial piece of the puzzle, especially considering the skepticism expressed by Jesse’s uncle, Danny Johnson. Why haven't more details about that confrontation come to light? It seems odd that a promising young man like Jesse, who was in contact with his mom, would suddenly be gone. Was there anyone at the bar who might have insights into who he interacted with that night? My heart truly goes out to his family, especially when there are so many unanswered questions. If anyone has more context or information about that part of the evening, it could really provide some clarity for everyone following this case.

I’ve been following the details surrounding Jesse Brockhum’s tragic death, and something doesn’t sit right with me about the alleged accidental shooting narrative. The fact that a confrontation happened earlier that night at a bar and Jesse reached out to his mom shortly before everything went down makes me question the official story. Why would someone in that mindset suddenly "accidentally" shoot themselves? His uncle's points resonate with me—it just feels off. The Attorney General’s Office looking into it is some relief, but without any arrests or identified suspects, I can't help but feel frustrated for Jesse's family. Imagining them dealing with both the loss and all these unanswered questions is truly devastating. I really hope the investigation brings out the truth so Jesse’s family can find some peace. Anyone else have thoughts on potential oversight in the initial police assessment?
