I'm really troubled by what happened to Treyvon Flood and DeMarkus Manners. Did anyone else hear about the candlelight vigil that was held in their memory last week? It took place near the site of the shooting, and I heard that dozens of people showed up to support the families and just be there for each other. The community gatherings like this are so important for healing, and I really respect everyone who came out. It just shows how deeply these senseless acts of violence affect us all. Hoping that events like these can bring some light in such dark times and push for more action against the violence. Has anyone from Buffalo been involved in community efforts or know of groups working on solutions? Would love to hear more.
