Has anyone else looked into the role of community-centered fundraising in keeping awareness alive for unsolved cases like Fidel Cole's? I recently came across a small local event organized by some of Fidel's friends and family meant to generate funds for a reward for information. It really got me thinking about how crucial these grassroots efforts are in cases where official leads have stalled. It must be exceptionally hard for his loved ones to stay motivated when so much time has passed, yet it's inspiring to see his community band together to push for answers. Just wondering if anyone here has insights or experiences with how effective these methods might be in actually encouraging someone with info to come forward?
