Hi everyone, Thinking about the case of Ladson and Lillie Metts, something that's always stayed with me is the isolated nature of their "camp" off 13th Avenue SW. It's hard to imagine the fear they must have felt, especially if they had been living there as a quiet refuge. It's been suggested they enjoyed the seclusion, but that same seclusion might have made them vulnerable. Has anyone looked into the community around that area back in the '70s? Sometimes I wonder if there were local disputes or tensions that went unreported. Even small details could be vital. Given the closeness locals often have in such areas, someone may know more than they realize. It's a long shot, I know, but sometimes it's the little, overlooked things that break a case wide open. I really hope for the sake of their family that someone, anyone, who might know more will come forward, even after all these years. Healing begins with answers.
