Hey everyone, just dropping in with something that’s been on my mind about Daryl’s case. Anyone else feel like there might be something significant about the red Nike slides he was wearing? I mean, slides aren’t exactly the best footwear if you’re planning to be on the move for a long time. Did he maybe not intend to be gone so long and something unexpected happened? It’s just strange to me. Family says they'd see each other often, so it's odd for him to just vanish like that. Maybe someone around East St. Louis spotted him, and just didn’t realize it’s Daryl? Crazy how something like a small detail could be a clue. What does everyone else think?
Has anyone looked into Daryl Smith Jr.'s social media activity before he went missing? Sometimes there can be hints or changes in behavior leading up to a disappearance. I wonder if he'd been talking to someone new or seemed different online. It might not seem like much, but tracing his digital footprint could provide some vital leads.
