Did anyone else notice the eerie timing of the two fatal shootings on June 4th? It's so tragic that Anthony Goodman's life was cut short that day, and even more unsettling that another incident happened so close in time. Milwaukee has been grappling with gun violence for a while now, but having two deadly events nearly back-to-back must have been terrifying for the community. I can't imagine the fear and anxiety his family and friends must be experiencing, especially with the lack of arrests in his case so far. It just feels like the city is reaching a boiling point with all this violence, and we really need more effective measures to keep our neighborhoods safe. If anyone knows anything, no matter how small, it might help make a difference. Sending thoughts to Anthony's loved ones during this impossible time.
