Hey everyone, I wanted to share something about Darreal’s case that I’ve been thinking about. I recently attended a vigil in his honor, and it was truly touching to see how many people showed up to support his family. It’s pretty clear that Darreal was deeply loved and had a significant impact on those around him. I overheard a few folks there talking about setting up a fund to help cover legal expenses or offer a reward for info leading to an arrest, which I think is an amazing idea. It’s crucial that we keep the focus on finding justice for Darreal and supporting his family as they go through this terrible time. If anyone hears anything more about the fund, please share! Let’s keep spreading the word and hopefully bring some peace to those affected by this senseless act.

I can't stop thinking about how Darreal's car ended up crashing after he was shot. Was it the result of him trying to escape after being ambushed, or did he lose control after being hit? It breaks my heart imagining those last moments and the chaos he must have felt. It’s haunting me that someone out there knows exactly how it all went down, yet they’re still free.
Also, I’m hoping people living or working near the Commerce Street and Carey Avenue intersection will come forward with any information or security footage. It's a busy area, right? Maybe there's some small detail someone missed that could help detectives piece together what really happened that evening.

I’ve been thinking a lot about the traffic on Carey Avenue around 6 p.m. that night. With it being a busy area, I wonder if anyone caught anything on their dash cams or phones. Sometimes, people don't even realize they captured something important until they go back and review the footage. If you were in that area at all on March 12, check your devices. Even the smallest detail could help put the pieces together in finding out what really happened to Darreal. My heart goes out to Vera and the rest of his family. They deserve answers and justice.
