Did anyone else read up on the weather reports from around April 2008 over Mount Baker? I stumbled upon some old data suggesting there was an unexpected storm during that very weekend Kevin was climbing. It got me wondering, could this sudden weather change have caught him off guard even though he was experienced? Maybe the storm came in faster or heavier than forecasts predicted, causing conditions to deteriorate rapidly. It's haunting to think he might have been trying to make his way down when things took a turn for the worse. Any fellow weather enthusiasts care to weigh in with insights or any knowledge on how quickly things like this can turn deadly?
