Hey everyone, I've been following the case of Devyn Phillips, and it really got me thinking about the role that witnesses can play in these investigations. It's so frustrating to hear that there's someone out there who saw what happened but isn't cooperating with the police. I truly can't imagine the pain and devastation Devyn's family must be feeling, all while knowing that there might be answers out there that could bring them some semblance of justice or closure. Why do you think witnesses sometimes choose not to cooperate, especially when it could be so crucial to solving a case? Is it fear, mistrust, or something else entirely? I wish there was a way to assure witnesses that their safety will be protected, but I know it's easier said than done. Just hoping and praying that whoever has information comes forward. Devyn and his loved ones deserve that much.
