Has anyone looked into why on earth someone like Xavier Clark would target someone as harmless as Calvin Varnum? It's mind-boggling and incredibly tragic that he was taken from us in such a violent way. Calvin was a ray of sunshine in Commerce, always greeting everyone with a wave and a smile. I’ve always seen him as a symbol of genuine kindness in our community, and it’s hard to process why anyone would intentionally harm him. I read about the fundraiser at Skate-A-Rama USA and it was genuinely heartwarming to see that so many people wanted to honor Calvin by supporting his family. The turnout at the vigil just goes to show how much he meant to everyone here. I hope that somehow, through all this darkness, the light he shared with all of us helps us to find justice and peace for him and his family. If anyone has thoughts on Xavier's motivations or anything else about the case, I'd love to hear them. Let's keep supporting each other through this.
