I've been following Craig's case, and something that keeps hitting me is just how senseless his death was. I can't imagine what his family must be feeling right now, especially with the holidays, which should be a time for family and joy. Craig sounded like a truly kind soul—his love for his family and friends really shows through the way people talk about him. I'm also thinking about how this affects the wider community. When something so brutal happens, it ripples out and touches everyone connected. Craig's friends and coworkers must be devastated. It's hard to feel safe in a world where someone can lose their life so quickly just by being in the vicinity of someone else's anger or jealousy. Hoping Craig's loved ones find the strength they need to get through this, and that they can find some form of justice and peace in the days to come.
