Was anyone else intrigued by the reported sighting of Kelvin on the morning of June 17th, 1997? It's puzzling that this is the last potential clue we have. If he was indeed seen walking along the road, where was he headed, and why didn't anyone else cross paths with him afterward? The lack of transportation and leaving behind his belongings makes this sighting even more perplexing. It's tragic we don’t have more information from that critical time. Perhaps there were people in the area who didn’t come forward back then, but who might now have pieces of the puzzle? Has there been any appeal for witnesses recently? This man must have been seen by others if he was out on foot. It just seems like such a large piece of the puzzle that's missing, and it's been gnawing at me. Thoughts, anyone?
