I’ve been following the case of James Withers for a while now, and I can't shake the feeling that we're missing some vital piece of information that might bring more clarity. One thing that stands out to me is the lack of public details about his social circles or acquaintances at the time. Did he have any close friends or colleagues who noticed anything unusual leading up to his disappearance? Sometimes, even the smallest piece of gossip or observation from someone in the person’s life can help paint a clearer picture. If anyone has connections to folks who lived in Ottawa around 1996 or has heard any local rumors, it could be worth looking into. Even after all these years, you never know what might be the key to unlocking the bigger mystery.
