Hey everyone, I've been following the Boulder case quite closely and something that has really been tugging at my mind is the relationship dynamics between Timothy Crimmins and his landlord, Robert Reid. From what investigators have put together, it sounds like there was a lot of tension around rent payments and other disputes. It's so upsetting to think that such conflicts could escalate to this level of violence. I can't help but wonder if there might have been any red flags or missed opportunities for intervention along the way. For me, this brings up wider questions about how landlord-tenant relationships are managed and what kind of support is available when things start to sour. I feel for Timothy's family, who must be grappling with so many unanswered questions about what led to this tragedy. It’s devastating enough to lose someone you love, and even more difficult when it happens under such horrific circumstances. If anyone has thoughts or knows more about similar situations, I'd be interested to hear. Maybe there's a way these kinds of disputes can be prevented or de-escalated in the future. Take care, everyone.
