Has anyone else been following the case of Mathieu Therrien-Meunier? I've been trying to piece together what happened that day near Mont Durocher. There's been quite a bit of discussion about the weather, and I'm curious if anyone has more insights about how those storms could have impacted the area. Being an avid hiker myself, I know how unpredictable conditions can be in the Laurentians during winter, especially when those heavy snowfalls hit. Could the weather have disoriented him, or even obliterated any tracks he might have left behind? It's such rough terrain out there—and with the storm, even familiar paths could become unrecognizable. If anyone local has any updates or info about conditions in that area during February, it might help shed more light on what challenges the search teams faced.
