Has anyone else been following the case of Younes Taleb? Something that has always struck me as off is the lack of security footage or eyewitness accounts from her mother’s business. You'd think being in a city like Toronto, there’d be more to go off of in terms of sightings or camera footage. Even in 2001, businesses typically had some form of security cameras, right? Or maybe some employees or regular customers might have seen something unusual around that time. I just find it odd that none of that information seems to have been mentioned in the investigations. Did the police ever disclose why there's such a lack of evidence? Were there cameras that simply weren’t recording, or is this missing footage situation another part of the larger mystery? I wonder if there might have been more information out there initially that just wasn't captured or reported in detail. Would love to hear others’ thoughts or insights about this.
