I’ve been digging into Stanley Wade Saxton’s case lately, and one thing that intrigues me is the mention of his surgical scar. Does anyone know if there are more details about what type of surgery he had? I wonder if it could provide a clue. Maybe it was something to do with an injury or condition that could have played a part in his disappearance, or maybe the scar made him more recognizable if someone out there saw him. So much is unknown about his case, which makes me curious if things like medical history were ever explored or shared in any follow-up investigations. Anyone with insights or theories on this aspect?
