I've been following Jed Ouillette's case for a while, and one thing that puzzles me is the situation with his dogs. It's telling that he left them without food or water. Anyone who knows Jed mentions how much he loved those dogs. He wouldn’t have just left them like that unless something urgent happened. It's pretty clear he didn't plan on being gone that long.
I've seen discussions about whether he left of his own accord due to all the stress he was under—the financial issues, losing his home, and his health problems. But those dogs were like family to him. If he intended to go away even briefly, he likely would have made arrangements for them. What do you all think? Could someone have taken him against his will, or is there some other explanation? The lack of activity on his bank accounts and the fact that all of his belongings were still at home just adds another layer to this confusing case. Hoping for some fresh insights or theories from anyone following this closely.
