Has anyone else come across the rumors about Ronald Amos Halpern having a business deal gone wrong before he disappeared? Some acquaintances mentioned he might have had financial issues, and I'm wondering if that could have played a role in his disappearance. From what I understand, he didn't share much about his personal life, even with close friends. It just seems strange that his intended trip was to the Dominican Republic, and then nothing. Could there have been something more to his visit there beyond just a vacation? Comb through his connections during that time might be key. Thoughts?
