Hey folks, I've been digging into the Pierre Gariepy case from '73, and something that strikes me as particularly curious is how little is mentioned about his social connections. For someone living in a vibrant area like Plateau-Mont-Royal, I'd expect there to be more info about friends or colleagues who might have noticed anything unusual leading up to his disappearance. Did he have any close friends, or was there anyone he confided in about his struggles with manic-depression? It seems odd that there's virtually no info on how he interacted with others or if there were any changes in his behavior. If he was in contact with certain people regularly, it might help to know what they recall about those last days. Anyone come across more details on this angle or have thoughts on how to dig deeper into this?
