I was reading about the Pierre Bédard case and something caught my attention—the location where his car was found, Anse Benson Park. Does anyone know if this area was considered dangerous or had reports of suspicious activity back in 1999? It seems like such a strange spot for his car to be left, especially since it wasn't a place he frequented regularly. The park’s proximity to water makes me think about possible scenarios. Was it a meeting place gone wrong, or could it have been a case of someone trying to throw off the investigation by abandoning the car there? It's puzzling how this clue was significant yet didn't lead to more concrete answers. I'm curious if anyone local remembers anything about the park's reputation around that time or any odd occurrences reported in the area.
