Has anyone else been perplexed by the discrepancy in Kelly West's last seen date? His family says August 1, 2002, was the last time they heard from him, while official records state August 13? It makes me wonder if there was any significant event or new piece of information discovered between those dates that hasn't been publicly shared. Could there have been a sighting or maybe someone else heard from him after his family did? I know sometimes these differences can just be clerical errors, but it seems odd given how critical these details are in a missing persons case. Any insight or theories on this would be appreciated!
