I've been thinking a lot about the family’s rowboat in Glen Lofall’s case. It's been so long since he went missing but it's the one aspect that keeps pulling me back in. The rowboat vanishing with him is intriguing. Did he have a destination in mind? The weather that night was reportedly calm, which leaves me to wonder if maybe he intended to head somewhere specific. Was Glen known to be an experienced rower or familiar with the waters around Poulsbo? Also, did anyone notice if he had mentioned taking the boat out before or had a routine related to it? After all these years, it's these little details that might unearth new insights. Any old-timers from the area remember if there were common spots people would row to back then? Just trying to piece together any possibilities, however slim they might be.
