I’ve been following the developments in the Ashlynn and Laylynn case and something has been really bothering me. I'm curious about the surveillance footage from Veteran's Park. The report mentioned the vehicle being captured arriving around 4:00 a.m., but it also stated that the footage was unclear about whether Ashlynn had her baby with her when she walked towards the water. Does anyone else find it strange that in this day and age, with all the tech advancements, the footage was still too blurry to confirm such a crucial detail?
I mean, I get that lighting might have been an issue that early in the morning, but aren’t there usually lights around public areas like parks? Plus, the car was said to be abandoned so soon after they went missing. It's odd to me that more cameras in the vicinity didn’t pick anything up. Could this be worth looking into further, like seeing if nearby businesses might have caught something else on their cameras?
Hoping someone with more knowledge on this can weigh in, as this aspect keeps sticking out to me. It’s heartening to see the community coming together, but just can’t shake off the feeling that some crucial piece might be missing from those early hours that could make a big difference. What are everyone else's thoughts?
