Anyone else find it strange that despite being a relatively busy area, there seems to be no CCTV footage or witnesses who came forward regarding Quinn Morrighan Storm's disappearance? San Rafael has its fair share of surveillance cameras, especially around commercial areas. It's puzzling that nothing has surfaced, not even a sighting. Has anyone considered that perhaps where she was last seen might not have been the actual place of her disappearance? Maybe she traveled somewhere else afterward but didn't get far, or took a detour? Just throwing out some thoughts. What do you folks think about areas nearby that could have been overlooked? We need to keep brainstorming until something clicks.
