Hey everyone, I've been following the case of Ernest John Lacap Macadaeg, who was taken from Davis, California in 2012. I'm super curious about the possibility that his father, Honest Juan, took him to Manila. If anyone has experience with international abduction cases like this, especially regarding travel logistics or the involvement of embassy officials in the Philippines, could you share your insights? I imagine there are so many hurdles that both help and hinder getting a child back across borders. It's just frustrating thinking how easily someone could slip into another country and vanish. Thanks in advance for any thoughts or experiences you can share. Let's hope for some news soon. Stay safe, everyone!
