I've been thinking about how important it is to keep Samir Sheard's name and face out there as much as possible. The community's been rallying behind his family, but the reach isn’t as wide as it could be. We know how fast information can spread online, either for good or bad, but in this case, every share counts. It's amazing what we can achieve collectively, and I believe that we, as a community, can help. Even if someone isn't from Syosset or hasn't heard of the case until now, sharing online could reach someone who knows something. It’s crucial that we're persistent in keeping the momentum going. Let's keep the photo-sharing and story-sharing going until we can bring Samir back home. Please continue to use any social media platform you're comfortable with, and remember, a simple post could make all the difference.
