Has anyone else noticed that Esther "Stella" Sims' case hasn't seen any updates since she went missing? It seems so odd to me, given how tight-knit communities usually notice when someone is missing. I've been following cases in Texas for a while, and usually, there's more news or at least some effort from local media to put pressure on finding the missing person.
I understand she might not have been seen since February 1, but Stella disappeared right from Elkhart, which isn't a large town. Wouldn't people have noticed her absence earlier? Sometimes I wonder if cases of older folks don’t get as much media attention, and that just feels wrong. Does anyone else feel like more can be done to raise her profile, and if so, any ideas on how we can help spread awareness even if we're not local?
Has anyone else heard about the case of Esther Estelle Sims from Elkhart, Texas? I was looking into it and found it odd that there aren't many details available, even though she's been missing since February 1, 2024. Given her age and the "endangered" classification, it seems really concerning that no new information has emerged.
It's curious too that there weren't any reported sightings or clues about where she might have gone. Stella, as she's also known, would surely be noticeable in her usual brown sweatshirt and green sweatpants. The whole situation just feels so perplexing given she’s 81 years old. Anyone else think it's strange how little info there is? What could be causing the lack of leads in her disappearance?
Hey everyone, I stumbled upon the case of Esther Estelle Sims, often called Stella, and noticed something that hasn't been discussed much here. It’s her choice of clothing the day she went missing—a brown sweatshirt and green sweatpants. I know it might seem trivial, but I'm curious if anyone else thinks this might indicate something about her state of mind or routine when she disappeared? Was she possibly going for a walk or just comfy at home? Maybe these tiny details could help form a picture of what might have been happening that day. Thoughts?
