Hey everyone, I’ve been going through Kevin Douglas Simmons' case, and I'm super curious about the potential bicycle sighting near Interstate 20 and State Highway 19. Has anyone dug into this tip further? Considering the difficulty in covering ground on foot, a bike would certainly make sense if he was trying to get somewhere. It seems like a solid lead that could’ve taken him pretty far, especially if he was aiming for a larger area like Canton or even beyond. The apparent randomness of his last-seen spots keeps me thinking a lot about transportation possibilities. If anyone has any thoughts or additional info on this angle, I’d love to hear more. Has anyone looked into the possibility that Kevin Simmons might have taken refuge in one of those lesser-known rest areas along I-20? I remember hearing about cases where missing people would try to stay off the radar by avoiding populated spots. If he was spotted near Dukes Travel Stop and then potentially seen on a bike around State Highway 19, perhaps he moved further along those routes. Those areas around Canton and Gun Barrel City are rural and have plenty of places where someone could lay low. I'm curious if anyone local has checked out any of those spots recently or if there are any updates from nearby towns. It's been a while since he went missing, but maybe there's something out there that got overlooked back then.
