Has anyone looked into local shelters or soup kitchens around Athens for potential sighting reports on Robert Joseph Sneed? From my experience volunteering at similar places, people tend to keep an eye out for one another, especially if someone has a recognizable condition like a bad ankle. It could be worth revisiting these locations to see if anyone might recall seeing him around September last year or even more recently. Also, checking with organizations that assist individuals experiencing homelessness might turn up something new. Just a thought since it's been over a year now. His family must be beside themselves with worry.
