Has anyone else noticed the unusual timing with the appointment of a personal representative for Judith Lynn Wall-Cornett's estate? Seems odd to me that they would establish this less than a year after her disappearance, especially when her case is still active. I don't work in legal, but doesn’t appointing someone usually mean there's an acknowledgment she's no longer with us? I’m not sure what to make of the date of death being listed as the same day she vanished. Could it just be procedural, or does it hint at something more? Would love to hear if anyone has insights or similar experiences with other cases. Keep discussing and sharing; every bit helps!

Hey everyone, just wanted to bring up a detail in Judith Lynn Wall-Cornett's case that's been bugging me. According to public records, a personal representative was appointed for her estate in August 2024, and her date of death is listed as the exact same day she disappeared. This seems unusual since her case is still considered an active missing person's case. Are there other cases where a missing person was declared deceased without a body being found? I’m not really familiar with how probate laws work, especially when someone is still officially listed as missing. Would love to hear your thoughts or if anyone knows more about how these things usually unfold legally.
