I've been following the case of Lisa Lau Tu for a while now, and something that's always struck me as odd is the timing and nature of Gregory Tu's actions immediately following her disappearance. The loveseat disposal, in particular, feels like such a blatant move. I mean, who gets rid of a perfectly good piece of furniture out of the blue? Especially something that Lisa reportedly used so often to sleep on. It’s like he couldn't wait to get rid of it.
Even more puzzling is that the loveseat was never recovered. Could it have held more clues? It's unsettling to think about what evidence might have been lost forever when it was supposedly destroyed. And the garbage collector incident still seems suspicious—like why pay someone to do what you could likely dispose of yourself unless there was something really incriminating about it? This case truly sticks with me, and I wonder if the full truth will ever come to light.
Has anyone else been thinking about the loveseat in the Lisa Lau Tu case? I can’t shake how significant it seems. Gregory disposed of it just a couple of days after she went missing, and by all accounts, it was in good condition. Seems odd, right? Given where the blood was found, it makes me wonder if something major took place there. And if it was so crucial, why wasn't it preserved as evidence? Knowing it’s likely destroyed at a landfill adds this layer of frustration—like a missed opportunity that might have shed more light on what happened to Lisa. Anyone else have thoughts on why this piece of furniture was handled the way it was?
