I was thinking about Mildred Cowley's case and had a curious thought. Given that she was known to use several aliases, including Cathy Cowley and Catherine Patt, I'm wondering if she might have had connections or reasons for those particular names. Could there have been friends or family members with those names, or were they just random choices? It might provide a clue if we understood why those aliases were chosen. Has anyone come across information about her social circle from that time, or any leads on her reasons for picking these specific names?

Does anyone else find it strange that there was no information about the last place Mildred was actually seen or who she was with? I mean, someone must have seen her that day, right? I hope authorities have chased down any possible leads from that angle. For those familiar with the area, is Deerfield Beach a high-traffic spot for tourists, or is it mainly locals? Just wondering how easy it would be for someone to slip away unnoticed. Given that Mildred had several aliases, I wonder if she had connections or was involved in anything that might have led her to want to vanish intentionally. It's so odd that there are so few details to go on even after all these years. Anyone have thoughts or insights on how cases like this just seem to hit a dead end?
