I was looking into Matthew Vincent Sueper's case and was struck by the detail about his belongings being found on the Golden Gate Bridge. I know the absence of a recovered body leaves many questions unanswered, but I can't help but wonder about the timeline. If his belongings were there on September 2nd, is it possible anyone in the area noticed anything unusual leading up to that? Was there a delay in finding them, or were they immediately handed to the authorities?
Given his last known whereabouts in Fort Collins just two days earlier, it seems like a tight window for travel and then this tragic event. Did anyone happen to see him between those two dates? Any chance somebody might have given him a ride or seen him on public transportation? It seems like a long journey from Colorado to San Francisco without being noticed by someone. Also, if anyone has info or pictures of him in San Francisco around that time, it might help piece together his last days.
Has anyone else found it really puzzling that Matthew's laptop was left behind at the bridge? I mean, he was an English major, right? His laptop must have been so important to him, almost like a lifeline, especially for assignments and his own creative writing. It just seems odd he’d leave something so personal and crucial behind if he had any intention of coming back to it. Maybe there's more to explore about what was on it? Has anyone ever heard if any attempts were made to recover files or confirm if anything unusual was found on it? I feel like more details could be uncovered from this angle. Thoughts?
