Has anyone looked into local facilities or communities for the elderly in the Brawley area around that time? Given Mr. Morales's Alzheimer's, it's possible he could have wandered off and ended up in one of those places, maybe without identification. I assume he may have been confused and could have had trouble communicating his identity. If any facility staff or patrons were around that time, maybe they might recall someone matching his description. Just trying to think of possibilities where people would have been able to provide help in a situation like this. Sometimes, the passage of time can trigger memory, so it doesn't hurt to revisit this angle.
