Has anyone looked into the local clinics or hospitals near where Nikoli Medlennoff was last seen? Given his diabetes, it seems like it would be one of the first places he'd go if he faced any medical issues. Maybe they have records of someone matching his description coming in around that time. It's been a while, but it's worth checking if it hasn't been already. Sometimes smaller clinics don't always share with law enforcement unless asked directly. If there's a chance he's tried to seek help without revealing his identity for some reason, it might be a lead worth pursuing. Has anyone in the Butte County area done this legwork already?
