Does anyone have more info on the types of wild plants Saeed might have known about for foraging? I'm curious how this knowledge might have impacted his ability to survive in the forest for an extended period, especially considering his diabetes and lack of medication. There are so many variables at play, but his "never quit" attitude potentially being coupled with a diet of foraged food makes me wonder if we're missing an aspect of how he might have managed after getting lost. Also, does anyone know if the SAR team took this factor into account during their search?
