Has anyone else found it odd that the yard had just been tilled right before Gladys Conklin went missing? I know her husband called it routine gardening, but it feels really suspicious to me. It's like, what are the odds that you just happen to choose that exact time to do some heavy work out in the yard? Plus, with the Alzheimer’s situation, you’d think his priority would be more on keeping an eye on her, especially since he knew she had a tendency to wander. It's these little details that keep coming back to me when thinking about this case. Anyone else got thoughts on this or heard anything similar in other cases?
Just stumbled upon something while going over old articles related to Gladys Conklin’s case. It's intriguing to think about the timeline Irving mentioned. He said Gladys disappeared sometime between 1:00 and 3:00 p.m., but was anyone else in the neighborhood around that time? Did anyone notice anything unusual, like a stranger lurking or a car parked nearby that doesn't belong to someone in the area? It's a residential neighborhood, so someone must have been out and about, right? I wonder if there were any witnesses who might have seen her wander off or possibly being helped by someone. It feels like a crucial piece of information might be missing here. Has anyone come across anything about what the neighbors might have seen or heard on that day?
