Has anyone else been following the case of Mr. Oram who went missing in Dallas back in April? I came across an interesting theory today. Someone mentioned that there were several traffic cameras in the area where he was last seen. I’m curious if anyone knows if law enforcement has checked those for any leads? With technology these days, you'd think that would be one of the first things they'd do. Not sure if the privacy laws in Texas might complicate things, though. Thoughts?
