Has anyone here looked into the possibility of Eriksen being attacked elsewhere and then moved to the park? I've been thinking about the logistics of someone transporting a body to Bluemont Park and what that might mean. It seems quite risky and not something a random attacker would do unless they knew the area well. I wonder if there's a connection between Eriksen and Bluemont Park or if he had any acquaintances nearby who might've had a motive. It's so frustrating that after all these years, the puzzle pieces haven't fit together to find out who did this to him. My thoughts are with his family—I can't imagine how difficult it must be not having any answers. Anyone else have theories or insights, especially locals who might know more about the area's history during that time?

Has anyone else looked into the reports about possible witnesses around Bluemont Park on that day in 1974? I came across an old newspaper clipping mentioning a jogger who thought they saw a dark sedan parked awkwardly nearby. It got me thinking, could this have been someone planning an attack or maybe even part of a cover-up to move the body? It seems odd that no one else reported seeing anything unusual that day. It must be so difficult for Eilert's family not knowing what really happened. Hopefully, someone out there knows something and will eventually come forward. Rest assured, the internet never forgets, and there's a whole community here in case anyone wants to talk more about possible leads or theories.
